There are now apples in the yard of many. Immerse them in this easy and succulent apple pie!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1.5 dl of sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
3 dl special or semi-coarse wheat flour
100 g of melted butter
1 dl milk
To the pan: Nokare butter
On the surface:
5-6 domestic apples
Cinnamon
Sugar
Serving: Vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream
Beat the sugar and eggs until a white foam. Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, spices). Stir in the melted butter. Turn the flour-spice mixture into a bunch, don’t beat! Finally, pour the milk into the dough and stir.
Peel and remove the husks from the apples and slice into thin slices. Pour the batter into a greased pie tin. Place the apple slices tightly overlapping the dough and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy with ice cream or vanilla sauce.
