we want to share with you an absolutely wonderful guide to potato salad that has received tremendous praise from all the people we have served that food to. we made small changes to the food to my own taste, but the inspiration for the dose was found in this particular blog. we am absolutely in love with this new and fresh “salad” which is a great side dish with grilled salmon, chicken or meat, for example. Personally, we often miss a fresh side dish to a spicy and salty barbecue dish. This food is HEAVENLY good and I highly recommend trying it if, based on the pictures and ingredients, it teases your taste buds ? we promise it will be praised at the summer buffet!
1. Start slicing the potatoes. Personally, we always use peeled potatoes for this food, which have already been washed, but of course the potatoes can also be peeled if they wish. we slice the potatoes into slices about 0.5 cm thick, ie one potato becomes about 5-8 slices, depending on the size of the potato. Usually I make potato slices all over the baking sheet, but of course a smaller amount is enough if there are fewer eaters.
2. Put the sliced potato slices in a bowl and top with a sip of olive oil, salt and pepper. Grate the parmesan cheese. Mix well and pour the seasoned potato slices on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
After frying the potatoes:
3. Spoon Turkish yogurt into a large bowl or large plate. we have used a 500g jar of Salakis Turkish unflavoured yoghurt. Place the potatoes fried over the yogurt evenly on a plate.
4. Add pesto to the potatoes. we usually mix a small amount of olive oil and pesto myself to make the pesto more fluid and thus pour it more easily and evenly over the potatoes. Of course, you can also make the pesto sauce yourself from the beginning, but we have always used ready-made pesto to speed up the preparation of the portion!
5. Chop the red onion and spring onion and add them over the potatoes. Crush another 1/2 -1 packet of feta on top.
6. Get ready! Very simple but so extremely delicious! This fresh potato salad is great for serving as a couple of grilled dishes, for example. If you want, you can add a touch of your favorite spices, fresh herbs or even a lemon juice of lora to your taste!
