What exactly is a power yoga exercise?

Power yoga began to be practiced in the United States sometime in the second half of the 1990s. A couple of classical yoga practitioners tried to find a way to make it more dynamic. Power yoga is an interesting alternative not only to cassic yoga, but also aerobics or pilates. The transition between the individual positions is more dynamic than in classical yoga. The emphasis is on strength and flexibility. It is more physically demanding, so power yoga exercises  are also recommended for weight loss.

The power yoga lesson begins with a full body breath, where you stand still for a few minutes, have all the muscles in your body contracted and focus only on proper breathing through your nose into your abdomen This is followed by a set of several exercises that may seem unfeasible at first, but you will find that it is not so bad.

Why try power yoga?

Many of us make excuses for lack of time. Take time to exercise 10 minutes a day or 20 minutes 3 times a week. If you are honest, the results will not wait long. You can do simple exercises yourself. Try to sit in a Turkish chair, put your hands free on your knees and breathe! Concentrate, breathe through your nose into your stomach and hold for 10 minutes. You will see that you will feel better, you will feel the lost energy return to you. Yoga will teach you how to breathe properly, how to treat your body. Your whole body will relax and you will have it perfectly stretched. You will also know the effects of yoga exercises mentally. It greatly relieves stress and tension. So greet the sun and discover the harmony between body and mind thanks to power yoga exercises .
