Many unknowingly make frost on their hair. Experts listed which traps are not worth tripping over.
Have you fallen into these?
1. Do not brush wet. When wet, the hair is particularly brittle, so brushing will tear and damage it more. If you absolutely want to brush wet, do so with a sparse comb or a flexible spike brush. Experts recommend that you try brushing your hair when you have just applied the conditioner in the shower. It is gentle, spreads the conditioner more evenly and also makes the hair shinier and softer.
2. Replace the ponner. Most have the same accustomed place for a ponytail or nuttura from day to day. However, the location should be varied, otherwise you will cause a lot of consumption and load on a certain part of your head. At worst, it can result in thinning hair from the ponytail binding site. Hairpins should be preferred without metal parts, as they will consume more hair.
3. Do not sleep with wet hair. Each of us will surely collapse at times from squatting in the evening shower straight into bed. However, that should not be the case. Brushing wet hair against a warm pillowcase all night can increase dandruff on the scalp.
4. Restrict the use of protein masks. Protein masks are nourishing and repairing for hair, but many get excited about them too. If you want to wear protein masks regularly, you should also remember to provide adequate moisture to counterbalance them, otherwise the mask may leave your hair dry and flaky. You should take turns with the conditioner and nourishing masks.
5. Stain only the base. If you’re in the middle of a dyeing operation, you should forget about hitting the color on the tops. Often there is only a need to dye the base growth and then it is worth avoiding unnecessarily drying the tops with paint. The end result can also become uneven if the tops get color over and over again each time you dye a new base.
6. Avoid the deep cleansing shampoo hook. A deep cleansing shampoo will make your hair feel cleaner for longer. However, a deep cleansing shampoo should only be used about once a month and even with good moisturizing, as it also destroys the good oils in the hair to help keep the hair strong and healthy.
7. Protect yourself from chlorine. If you’re an avid swimmer, remember this trick. Chlorine water fades hair color, so it is definitely worth washing your hair with tap water immediately after chlorination.
8. Get a nozzle for the hair dryer. The small piece of plastic is not only made to make it easier to direct the air into the hair, but also to create a small distance between the tops and the burning hot air. So it is gentler on your hair to always keep a separate nozzle piece in the hair dryer.
